Create your own Bubble Mug - a smooth, modern mug with a sweet heart-shaped handle. Return to glaze using a special bubble technique for a soft, marbled finish (glazing is booked and paid for separately).
All our classes are taught step-by-step by one of our talented instructors. No experience is needed, all materials and first kiln fire are included. If you would like to paint (glaze) your pottery after the workshop, you can book a glazing session for $12/hour (not included in the hand-building workshop price). The glazing fee covers painting materials (underglazes) and two additional kiln firings to make your pieces food-safe and/or water-resistant. Pieces are ready to glaze about week after the workshop, and we hold them at the studio for up to two months while you book your glazing appointment. You don’t have to paint your project exactly like the pictures. During the glazing session, we encourage you to create your own unique design.
